Innoculants
Legume inoculants are strains of beneficial bacteria called rhizobia. The rhizobia attach themselves to the seed and promote greater nodulation and fixation of nitrogen. This promotes better stand establishment and stronger plants with greater ability to withstand establishment and stronger plants with a greater ability to withstand adverse conditions. For legumes used in forage situations, higher levels of viable nitrogen translate into maximum protein production.
